This is the same terms as in the app, written for store listing URLs. It is not a substitute for professional legal advice.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Zero to Unicorn (the “App”) or this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be 13 or older. If you are under 13, you may not create an account or use the App.
3. License
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the App for personal entertainment. You may not: modify or copy the App’s materials; use them commercially; reverse engineer the software (except where the law allows); remove copyright notices; or redistribute the App.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for your login and for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, or reset progress if you break these terms or abuse the service.
5. Virtual items and in-app purchases
Money, gems, cosmetics, boosts, valuations, and other progress are virtual goods with no real-world cash value. They cannot be traded for real money outside the App. Optional purchases are billed by Apple (and processed with RevenueCat). Rewarded ads are served by Google AdMob.
Purchases are optional. The core game can be played without paying.
6. Auto-renewable subscription (VIP Pass)
The App may offer a VIP Pass auto-renewable subscription (currently $4.99 USD per month, or the equivalent shown in the App Store for your region).
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel in Apple ID → Subscriptions (iOS Settings).
- The VIP Pass may include perks such as extra daily gems, an extra daily spin, streak protection, an income boost, and exclusive cosmetics. Perks can change; the App Store product page and the in-app purchase screen are the source of truth for the current offer.
- If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the paid period.
7. Other paid items
The App may also sell consumable gem packs, a one-time starter bundle, cosmetic items, and short-term boosts. Prices are shown in the App Store / in-app purchase sheet. Virtual items are generally not refundable except where Apple’s refund rules or applicable law require it. Restore purchases in the App after reinstalling or changing devices.
8. Game progress
We try to keep your save, but we do not guarantee progress forever. Data can be lost due to bugs, updates, or device changes. We are not liable for lost progress or virtual items.
9. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to: cheat, exploit, or use bots / unauthorized third-party tools; attack or disrupt the service; harass other players; break the law; or make extra accounts to abuse rewards or social features.
10. User content
Usernames and other text you submit must not be illegal, hateful, or infringing. We may remove names or restrict accounts.
11. Ads and tracking
Rewarded ads are optional. On iOS, tracking for ads (IDFA) is used only if you allow it in Apple’s tracking prompt. You can use the App without allowing tracking; ads may still be shown in a less personalized form.
12. Changes and availability
We may change, suspend, or stop any part of the App or these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
13. Disclaimer
The App and website are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent allowed by law.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the developer of Zero to Unicorn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits, or progress, arising from use or inability to use the App. Some places do not allow these limits; in those places, liability is limited to the maximum permitted.
